This local company reached out to me to create their corporate manual which is also Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) is part of the Republic Act 9136, otherwise known as the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA) of 2001. It allows Contestable Customers to choose their preferred retail electricity suppliers, as opposed to Captive Markets who must stay with their respective Distribution Utilities (DUs) for their electricity requirements. This project almost took 9 months to be finished because of both sides schedule in finalizing details, like elements, branding, copy writing, and etc. This manual consist of 24 pages from cover page to references page. We have to be meticulous in designing this one because it will be and officially published to their site and will be used by their consumers for a long years.
