The Capacity Experience team at Azure managed global capacity but faced challenges with having to manually find, prioritize, and address regional imbalances in the system. I designed an internal tool to identify and prioritize capacity issues within regions, helping optimize capacity allocation and reducing the need for costly hardware deployments.
