AI Ads, UGC Videos for SkinGuru, a K-Beauty Skincare Brand
SkinGuru is a Romanian online skincare and makeup store built on K-Beauty and honest ingredient information. I worked with the brand as its AI content creator, producing AI video ads for its products, realistic UGC-style videos built around day and night skincare routines, hooks for its paid ads, and AI banner images that follow the brand’s style. The goal was a steady flow of ad creative that looks like SkinGuru and feels like real people using real products.
The brand
SkinGuru launched in 2021 as a transparent, reliable online cosmetics store in Romania. In a market full of confusing ingredient lists and marketing buzzwords, its promise is clear, honest and effective skincare, with a focus on K-Beauty for its high standards and effective formulas. That promise shaped all of my work: the content had to be clean, honest and easy to understand, never overhyped.
The brief
SkinGuru needed ad creative it could run on paid social without organising a shoot for every campaign: product ads, UGC-style videos that feel like real customers, and banners for sales and new arrivals. Everything had to look like SkinGuru, with soft pastel colours, elegant serif headings and a friendly, honest tone
What I created
Multiple AI video ads for SkinGuru’s products
Realistic UGC-style videos that look like real people using the products
Day and night routine content that shows several products in one video
Hooks for the brand’s paid ads
AI banner images for sales, new arrivals, bundles and categories, in the brand’s style
AI ads and UGC videos
Realistic UGC-style ads
Trust matters most in skincare. People want to see real-looking skin and someone using the product, not a glossy render. I built the UGC-style ads to feel like a real customer showing a product: natural-looking skin, believable movements and the product clearly in use.
Day and night routines
Skincare is a habit, so I made content around the day and night routine: a morning routine to start the day and a night routine to wind down, with the products shown in the order a customer would use them. This let one video show several products and made each one feel like part of a routine.
Hooks for paid ads
On paid social, the first seconds decide whether anyone keeps watching. I wrote hooks for the ads that open on a moment or problem people recognise, so the product arrives after the viewer is already interested.
Banners in the brand’s style
Alongside the videos, I created AI banner images for SkinGuru’s website and promotions: a flash sale, a lip tint launch, a skincare bundle and a skincare category banner. Each one keeps the brand’s look, with soft pastel gradients, elegant serif headings and clean product placement, and the copy is in Romanian for the brand’s customers.
The same style carries into social posts: morning and night rituals, a daily reminder, flash sales, new products, bundles and customer reviews, so the feed feels like one brand.
The result
SkinGuru now has a library of on-brand ads, hooks, banners and routine content it can use across paid social, Instagram and its website, without a shoot for every campaign. The UGC-style videos feel like real customers using the products, and the banners match the store’s look.

Need AI ads for a beauty or skincare brand?
I create AI video ads, realistic UGC-style videos and on-brand banners for beauty and skincare brands. If you want ad creative that feels real and looks like your brand, send me your products and a few ads you like, and I’ll suggest a mix of hooks and formats.
