Steadfast Strength Personal Training Booking Experience

Steadfast Strength is a private strength and personal training studio based in Nashville, Tennessee, built around helping clients become stronger, more disciplined, and consistent with their training.

I built this experience to solve a simple but costly problem: the owner was receiving new-client inquiries through Instagram, text, and the website, but converting those inquiries into confirmed training sessions required constant back-and-forth.

A typical conversation would involve answering questions, checking the owner's calendar, suggesting available times, waiting for a response, confirming the appointment, and then manually following up with the client.

The new experience turns that entire process into a simple booking flow. A potential client can discover the training options, choose the type of session they want, see available times, provide their information, and confirm an appointment without needing a long conversation with the owner.

The goal was to turn:

“Hey, are you taking new clients?”

into:

“You're booked for your first session.”

The project focuses on reducing the owner's repetitive administrative work while giving potential clients a faster, clearer, and more professional way to book.

Instead of building another generic fitness website, I designed the experience around a real small-business constraint: one trainer, limited availability, and too many inquiries being handled manually.
