DigiPrint: Digital Print Management System

DigiPrint is a modern, scalable platform built for print shops, advertising agencies, and online print services. It handles the entire order lifecycle from creation to delivery, with file preflight checks, production tracking, and client dashboards.

Print businesses often rely on fragmented tools to manage orders, track production, and communicate with clients. This leads to lost orders, miscommunication, and wasted time.

I built a full-stack platform that centralizes the entire print workflow:

Order Lifecycle Management: Complete flow from create to approve, queue, print, and deliver

Role-Based Access Control: Separate dashboards and permissions for admins, operators, and clients

File Upload with Preflight Checks: Automated validation to ensure files are print-ready before entering the production queue

Real-Time Dashboard & Analytics: Live order tracking and production metrics

RESTful API: Clean API layer for integration with external systems and third-party tools

Token-Based Authentication: Secure access control with encrypted storage

Backend: Python, Django, REST APIs, background workers

Frontend: TypeScript, React, responsive SPA

Styling: CSS, Tailwind

DevOps: Docker, Render deployment, CI/CD scripts

A production-ready system with 56 commits, clean project structure, and full Docker deployment support. The platform is designed to scale from a single print shop to a multi-location operation.
