Etalon Gold | Next.js & NestJS Real-Estate Landing Platform

💡 I developed a high-performance real-estate landing platform for a premium residential complex, ensuring fast loading speed, clean UX, multilingual support, and a fully responsive interface for desktop and mobile visitors. The project was focused on helping the client generate more qualified inquiries, present the property clearly, and increase trust through a modern digital experience.

The client needed a fast and professional website to present a new residential development and convert visitors into sales inquiries. My role was to design and build the full web platform , from the frontend experience to backend data handling , while keeping performance, clarity, and visual quality as top priorities.

🎨 Modern Property Presentation – showcase building info, layouts, galleries, and details in a clean, premium visual format.

🌍 Multi-language Support – deliver both English and Ukrainian versions for local and international buyers.

🌍 Added a localized content structure (EN + UA) with dynamic language routing.

🗄 Created a backend layer with NestJS + PostgreSQL to manage apartment data and site content.

🔧 Implemented structured content and metadata fields to allow future updates without code changes.

📱 Delivered a mobile-first UI so the website works smoothly for users browsing from phones.
