Data Governance & Literacy Program Definition

Used a series of collaborative techniques to help my F500 client develop the foundational pillars of a data-governance program, including the development of a data literacy program meant to educate members of their data team on new & ongoing data quality rules. As part of these efforts, I was able to help them cut their data quality issue resolution time in half, among several other cost-cutting achievements!
