A project which required me to be in keeping with the Barnes Music Festival's pre-existing brand, whilst also integrating a new logo and colour scheme, I was tasked with designing and distributing an email advertising a classical music event to a 2,000-plus mailing list on MailChimp.
This was my first large-scale email campaign and was a collaborative process with a small team.

Result

The email campaign had an immediate impact, with ticket sales witnessing a definite increase. From the date sent, a total of 120 tickets were sold as a result of the email. As of today (25/10/23), 234 out of 250 tickets have sold.
The email was opened a total of 1,290 times, with 175 clicks in total - 166 clicks (59.5%) on the "Book Tickets Here!" button and 104 clicks (37.3%) on the "Our Website" button.
