Dr. Joe Nawrocki, founder of iBio Consulting, came to me with a clear but urgent problem: his existing website lacked credibility. Built with Wix, it looked outdated and didn’t reflect the professionalism or scientific depth of his consulting business. In his own words, “It looked like it was from 1995.” He needed a modern, trustworthy, and conversion-focused site that would position him as a reliable partner for mid-to-large pharmaceutical companies.

His goals were clear:

To solve this, I knew we had to go beyond a visual redesign. The strategy centered on improving the site’s structure, messaging, and perceived authority. Every decision was focused on credibility, clarity, and conversion.
