- Wrote custom descriptions for every channel and section so members always know where to go and what to do
- Built a weekly automation system that keeps the community active on a consistent cycle; no manual input needed from the team
- Set up a complete onboarding system with an automated DM flow so every new member gets a personalised welcome and clear next steps the moment they join
- Integrated Zoom directly into the workspace so the client can host live sessions without members ever leaving the platform
