Email Automation for store Support
I built a no-code email automation system using Make.com (http://Make.com), Gmail, and Shopify.
When customers email, the system:
• Sends an auto-reply with predefined options
• Collects request details and stores them in Make’s Data Store
• Extracts order numbers using regex and fetches order info from Shopify including tracking number and link
• Sends personalized follow-ups and updates order status
• Organizes emails with Gmail labels
This streamlined support, cut manual work, and improved response times.
