This project is the final scene of Cowpocalypse, a seven-scene 2D animation created for a festival production. I was responsible for animating the characters from Scene 1 through Scene 7, focusing on expressive performances, smooth motion, and storytelling that brings the characters and the climax of the story to life.

Cowpocalypse Festival – 2D Animation Production
Project Overview
Cowpocalypse is a festival animation project where I contributed to the production by animating Scenes 1 through 7. Working closely with the client, I transformed storyboards and creative direction into engaging 2D animated sequences that established the visual rhythm, character performance, and narrative flow of the film.
The work featured here showcases Scene 3, demonstrating my approach to storytelling through animation, expressive character acting, and cinematic scene composition. Every movement, transition, and camera beat was carefully crafted to support the pacing and emotional impact of the story while maintaining consistency across the entire sequence.
My Role
As the 2D Animator on this project, I was responsible for:
Animating Scenes 1–7 of the production.
Translating storyboards into engaging animated sequences.
Creating expressive character performances and believable movement.
Developing scene timing, pacing, and camera motion to strengthen the narrative.
Maintaining visual consistency throughout multiple scenes.
Collaborating closely with the client to refine the animation and ensure it aligned with the festival's creative vision.
Challenges
One of the key challenges was maintaining continuity across seven consecutive scenes while ensuring each sequence flowed naturally into the next. This required careful attention to character motion, camera transitions, and timing so the story remained engaging and visually cohesive from beginning to end.
Outcome
The completed scenes provided the client with a polished and production-ready animation that effectively communicated the story and creative vision for the Cowpocalypse Festival. The project demonstrates my ability to manage multi-scene animation workflows, collaborate effectively with clients, and deliver high-quality 2D animation for professional productions.

Anime Character Design – Turnaround Sheets
These character turnaround sheets were created as part of an anime animation production pipeline, providing a complete visual reference for animators, riggers, storyboard artists, and background artists. Each character is presented from the front, side, and back, ensuring consistency in proportions, costume details, and silhouette throughout the animation process.
The designs balance aesthetic appeal with animation practicality, making them suitable for frame-by-frame animation, cut-out animation, or digital rigging workflows.
Female Character
The female protagonist features a calm and approachable appearance that contrasts with her adventurous attire. Her long silver hair, flowing blue cloak, and light-colored outfit create a recognizable silhouette while conveying elegance, curiosity, and resilience.
Her costume combines fantasy-inspired elements with functional accessories, including a cross-body satchel, utility pouch, and durable boots, suggesting she is a traveler, scholar, or mage prepared for exploration. The layered clothing is designed to support natural movement during animation while maintaining a clean visual identity from every angle.
Design Highlights
Front, side, and back turnaround views
Long silver hair with layered movement
Fantasy-inspired travel attire
Functional accessories and utility bag
Distinct silhouette for animation consistency
Designed for expressive facial animation
Male Character
The male character presents a more reserved and battle-ready appearance. His muted color palette, layered clothing, and fur-lined cloak communicate experience, discipline, and strength while maintaining a grounded fantasy aesthetic.
The heavy cloak and structured costume are designed to create dramatic movement during animated sequences, while the layered outfit provides visual depth without compromising animation efficiency. His neutral expression and practical attire make him well suited for the role of protector, warrior, or seasoned adventurer.
Design Highlights
Complete front, side, and back turnaround
Layered medieval fantasy costume
Fur-lined cloak with dynamic silhouette
Strong, readable shape language
Designed for action and dialogue sequences
Optimized for animation production
Production Purpose
These turnaround sheets serve as essential production references, enabling every department to maintain character consistency throughout the animation process. By clearly defining the characters from multiple perspectives, they help streamline storyboarding, rigging, key animation, in-between animation, and final rendering while reducing design inconsistencies.
