I began my project management journey as an intern in 2019, and I was immediately drawn to the structure, problem-solving, and impact the role offered. That interest pushed me to deepen my skills, and in 2022 I took the Google Project Management professional course. It was a turning point for me — the lessons were practical, relatable, and directly applicable to real workplace challenges. That training shaped me into the project manager I am today.

I served as the Project Manager for a full-scale banking application built for a client, delivered across both web and mobile platforms. The project ran for six months and I successfully coordinated a cross-functional team consisting of two backend developers, two frontend developers, and a DevOps engineer. Since launch, the product has processed over $100,000 in transactions, demonstrating strong adoption and performance.

I was the Project Manager for the PostOff website, I spearheaded a team comprising two front-end developers, one backend developer, and a designer. Our collaborative effort resulted in the creation of PostOff, an innovative On-Demand Last-mile Logistics Service Platform.

I am proud to have successfully managed this project end-to-end, overseeing its development across both web and mobile platforms. Since the product launched on June 5, it has achieved over 50,000 mobile downloads and processed more than $50,000 in transactions. Leading this project from inception to launch has been a remarkable opportunity to apply my skills in cross-functional coordination, product delivery, and execution at scale.
