I built Lovable Hair Clinic, a fully automated web platform for a premier hair restoration practice in Houston, Texas. The site is designed to convert visitors from organic search, paid ads, and referrals into booked consultations and paying patients with minimal manual effort, using a witty, reassuring brand voice that sets the clinic apart from low-cost overseas "hair mills." The booking flow captures a prospect's name, email, and phone number before the calendar even loads, so no lead is lost to drop-off. Consultations respect clinic hours and buffer times, and admin can toggle pricing between free and paid directly from his dashboard. Once a booking is made, patients get instant email and SMS confirmations along with portal credentials, followed by a cascading reminder sequence at 24, 12, 6, 3, and 1 hours before the appointment, including a self-service reschedule link. Leads who don't convert are automatically enrolled in a four-week re-engagement sequence, then shift into monthly educational updates and selective offers. An AI chat assistant and AI phone receptionist handle visitor questions around the clock. Patients get their own portal to view upcoming and past appointments, reschedule within policy windows, review itemized billing for treatments like treatments, pay by card or PayPal, and track referrals through a personal link with visual PRP credit accumulation. On the clinic side, admin has an executive dashboard with real-time revenue, conversion, and pipeline metrics, a searchable lead management pipeline, a full booking calendar, and settings to manage pricing, availability, and integrations with Google Calendar, Twilio SMS, Stripe, and PayPal. The platform is fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop, and built on TanStack routing, TypeScript, and a Supabase/PostgreSQL backend designed to scale as the clinic adds locations or staff.
