Blitzday AI is an AI powered sales enablement platform built to help B2B sales teams improve performance, reduce manual work and make faster data driven decisions.
The platform combines AI analytics, conversational intelligence, workflow automation and real time sales insights to help teams better understand customer conversations and sales performance. It was designed to analyze sales calls, surface actionable insights, track pipeline activity and support sales reps with contextual recommendations during customer interactions.
I worked on the AI workflow architecture, backend systems, automation pipelines, API integrations and scalable infrastructure used across the platform. The system included AI powered call analysis, sales insight generation, operational dashboards, workflow orchestration and intelligent automation pipelines designed to streamline day to day sales operations.
The platform also supported real time sales guidance, transcript analysis, sentiment tracking, pipeline analytics and automated reporting workflows. The goal was to reduce repetitive administrative work while giving sales teams faster access to meaningful operational insights.
