Built a commercial real estate site that speaks to serious money
Client runs a Florida-based commercial real estate firm - brokerage, development, asset management for investors who aren't messing around with single-family rentals. They needed a site that looked like they handle 8-figure deals, because they do.
The build:
- WordPress landing page designed around three service verticals: brokerage, development, property management
- Hero section with city skyline imagery (trust signals for commercial RE)
- Service sections with alternating layouts to break up the scroll
- Property search integration for active listings
- "Have a Property?" / "Find a Property" dual CTAs targeting both sellers and buyers
- Mobile-responsive but designed desktop-first (their audience isn't browsing on phones during deals)
The design approach: Commercial real estate sites need to feel established and credible - no flashy animations, no gimmicks. Clean layouts, professional photography, clear service breakdowns. The messaging had to position them as the Florida partner for investors who want local market expertise plus institutional-level service.
Also structured the content around their three revenue streams so visitors immediately understand whether they need brokerage, development, or management services - no digging through generic "services" pages.
Final result: Clean, professional site that converts investor inquiries and property owner leads. Looks like a firm you'd trust with a commercial property portfolio, not a residential agent with a WordPress template.
Commercial real estate is all about credibility at first glance - if the site doesn't look like it handles serious deals, the phone doesn't ring.

Built a home healthcare site that had to earn trust before the phone rang
Client runs a senior care agency in Maryland - nurse-led in-home care for families dealing with post-hospital recovery, chronic conditions, aging parents. The challenge? Healthcare is a high-trust decision. Nobody's hiring a caregiver based on vibes.
The build:
- WordPress custom theme designed for credibility (accreditation badges front and center, nurse testimonials, clinical oversight messaging)
-Service pages for 4 care tiers: personal care, skilled nursing, concierge, transition packages
-Career portal for recruiting caregivers (separate application flow)
Resource center with FAQs and blog for SEO
Mobile-optimized because 60% of their traffic is adult children searching "home care near me" on phones
The strategic fun: Had to structure content around the buyer journey - most visitors aren't ready to book immediately, they're researching. Built the site to educate first (what's the difference between personal care and skilled nursing?), build trust second (testimonials, nurse oversight, licensing), then convert third (clear CTAs, phone number everywhere).
Also wrote half the copy because healthcare sites live or die on how they make families feel. "Where Sensitivity Meets Strength" hit way better than generic "quality care" messaging.
Final result: Clean, professional site that positions them as a nurse-led operation (not just a staffing agency), converts research visits into consultations, and recruits caregivers through the same platform.
Healthcare sites are a different game - you're not just selling a service, you're earning permission to care for someone's parent. The design has to feel competent and compassionate at the same time.

Built a quiz funnel for a meditation app that actually converts
Client came through an agency partner with a Figma design for STILL - a meditation subscription app that needed a quiz-style onboarding flow to segment users before checkout.
The build:
Figma design → Replo landing page on Shopify
Custom JavaScript for multi-step quiz logic (personality assessment, goal selection, personalized plan recommendation)
Dynamic pricing display based on quiz responses
Conditional page sections that show/hide based on user answers
Mobile-responsive throughout
The technical fun:
Replo's data-id attribute handling is quirky when you're building complex conditional logic - had to structure the JS to work with Replo's rendering without fighting the platform. Also built fallback logic so the funnel degrades gracefully if JS fails (still navigable, just loses personalization).
Final result: clean quiz experience that feeds directly into Shopify checkout with the right plan variant pre-selected.
Working with agencies on specialized builds like this is where I thrive - you give me a design system and complex requirements, I turn it into functional code that actually works.
