Ticket Create/Print SaaS Tool Revamp
We encountered a dysfunctional online SaaS software for ticket printing, which had become useless due to the outdated flash-based ticket editing software. To rectify this, we rebuilt the editor using AngularJS and seamlessly integrated it with the product page, making online editing functional and valuable. As part of the project, we also performed upgrades to the Laravel versions and system packages. MongoDB was utilized for storing all ticket information, while MySQL, integrated into the Laravel software, handled tasks such as authentication and customer information management.
