On this M&E project opportunity I was not only leading the proposal development but also involved in the implementation of outcomes strategies, including development of processes, M&E instruments, and systems for measuring the reach and impact. Using the technology team, prepared dashboards for internal monitoring and kept the key project stakeholders updated with the progress of the project. Also took field supervisors and enumerators on Board and devised the strategy to train them. Advised to develop the training material, supervised pilot sessions before the field team starts the survey, Spot Checking, also supervised the QA of the data collected forms. Managed and facilitated a joint pivotal strategic partnership among the project stakeholders.:
