Traditional stocktaking processes are often prone to manual errors, excessive paperwork, and delayed reporting. As an Internal Auditor, I identified the need for a more robust, real-time solution to manage inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.
My Solution:
I designed and deployed a custom digital inventory stocktaking application to modernize the audit workflow. Key features include:
Mobile-First Data Entry: Replaced paper-based counts with an intuitive mobile interface, enabling instant validation and eliminating data entry lag.
Real-Time Variance Analysis: Integrated the system with SAP data to automatically calculate variances between physical counts and system records, flagging discrepancies immediately.
Centralized Dashboards: Developed a live "Count Progress" dashboard that allows management to track audit completion across all warehouse locations at a glance.

Managing vast amounts of transaction data and card performance metrics across different product lines and business programs is inherently complex. I needed to move beyond raw data tables to provide leadership with a centralized, visual command center that offers real-time insights into transaction volumes and program health.
My Solution:
I designed a sophisticated, high-performance dashboard in Power BI that consolidates complex datasets into an intuitive interface.
