I currently serve as the Technical Lead of the Azure Cloud team, guiding engineers and driving complex cloud initiatives from design to deployment. My role spans end-to-end ownership of Azure solutions architecture, implementation, security, networking, DevOps practices, and operational excellence. I lead seven active projects and supervise a team of five engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining strong coordination with cross-functional groups, including Development, QA, Data, and AI. I regularly engage with clients and external teams through direct calls, translating technical requirements into dependable cloud solutions.
One of my key strengths is resolving high-impact production issues that require deep technical insight. I am often the primary escalation point when traditional troubleshooting paths fail, and I take pride in restoring stability, quickly and precisely.

This is my work on Upwork. I created a WordPress website for my client using the Avada theme. I made the website fully responsive with smooth animations and custom styling using custom CSS.
I can work with all major plugins/themes/services. Or any new ones as needed for the projects. My key points are:
-Make a secure site in which payment is involved.
-Responsive site with smooth animations.
-Add amazing graphics and unique design elements using Canva and other tools.
-Also guide clients on site Terms and conditions and other legal things to avoid any sever plenty in the future on the services they are providing.
-I do like customs CSS/Html Javascript. To apply custom things and checks.

This is an Upwork job. That I completed for a US client. This client is still in contact with me. He hires me whenever his team requires me.
In this job, there was a requirement to connect Azure Data Factory privately and securely with on-prem servers of their client's infrastructure using ExpressRoute.
I did meeting with my Upwork client first. I explain them issue seems to be on their client side. Then we did some combine calls with their client's team. I fixed the connectivity. After this remote users were having issues reaching Data Factory using their on-prem VPN. We did call on that too and fixed it.
Also, during these meetings guided both my Upwork client and their on-prem client team on multiple other things and cleared up any related questions or confusion.😊

This is the simple top-level view of any company having a Hybrid infrastructure Connectivity ( Cloud + On-premises ).
But in reality, big companies have like multiple clouds and on-prem offices. And connectivity with hundreds of clients and other companies 😊 .
That green tunnel can be a site-to-site VPN or an ExpressRoute. Also, there can be a single or multiple point-to-site VPN services. I have 5+ years of experience working in an International company and handling all this infrastructure connectivity, reliability, and security along with my team.
