An AI assistant that turns a seller's own documents into an instant, cited Q&A system.
Solo/small e-commerce sellers juggle supplier contracts, return policies, and platform TOS docs they rarely have time to actually re-read. SellerDocs AI lets them upload those documents and just ask — "what's my return window?", "does my supplier's contract match my Etsy policy?" — and get an answer sourced directly from their own paperwork, with the source cited.
I designed and built the entire system: the retrieval pipeline (chunking, embedding, vector search), a multi-knowledge-base architecture so sellers can organize by topic, conversational memory for natural follow-ups, and a self-built evaluation tool to actually measure whether retrieval quality holds up — not just "does it look right."
Shipped with CSRF protection, rate limiting, and Docker packaging for reproducible deployment.

Designed and built a full-stack hotel management system for a multi-branch hotel group. Features a normalized MySQL database, a Flask REST API with transactional integrity, and a real-time dashboard for reservations, billing, and occupancy tracking. Booking a reservation automatically generates its payment record in a single atomic transaction, ensuring the database never ends up in an inconsistent state. Handled database design, backend API development, and frontend dashboard implementation end-to-end.

StockFlow Pro is a complete desktop app for retail shops, pharmacies, and warehouse businesses to manage inventory, sales, and stock movement in real time. Features secure bcrypt login, full inventory CRUD with restock flow, live sales stock deduction, PDF reports, plus a full barcode/warehouse system: auto-generated Code128 SKU and carton barcodes, location tracking, scan-based stock updates, and a complete received→stored→opened movement audit trail. Built with Python, CustomTkinter, and MySQL, packaged as a standalone Windows .exe. Demonstrates UI/UX, database design, and authentication.
