We built digital platforms for healthcare and facilities businesses that were dealing with fragmented booking processes, manual administration and reactive workflows. For Bloom Aesthetics, we created a medical aesthetics booking suite that simplified appointments, deposits and customer management while helping reduce no-shows. For Meridian Private GP, we developed a scheduling platform that brought GP availability and patient bookings into a more organised workflow and reduced the time spent handling triage manually. For Apex Facilities Group, we built a facilities maintenance platform to manage service requests, SLAs and jobs across multiple commercial sites. We built three purpose-designed digital solutions for businesses dealing with very different customer and operational challenges. For Oak & Co. Furniture, we rebuilt the e-commerce experience to make the online store faster, easier to use and better suited to mobile customers. For Bridge Dental Clinic, we developed a patient booking and recall system that helped the practice manage appointments and follow-ups more effectively. For PawPath Veterinary, we created a practice management portal that brought together patient workflows, self-service requests and vaccination reminders. Each project was designed to remove unnecessary manual work while creating a smoother experience for both the business and its customers.
