The inspection checklist is fully admin-configurable without any code changes. Workshop job cards track parts used, labour, mechanic assigned, and total cost with attribution by bus ownership type. A chain-of-custody system for a cargo storehouse eliminating parcel accountability gaps and TO_PAY cash leakage. Every parcel is tracked from entry to release with full staff attribution. Releasing a TO_PAY parcel requires confirming cash collection before the system allows it. At shift end, the handover screen snapshots total parcels and cash collected per staff member — locked and timestamped. A void bilty feature handles real-world edge cases with full audit trail.
