Ghostheim: We are creating our own, home-grown IP built to define a new category: the Tabletop Action Role-Playing Game (T-ARPG). Ghostheim is a ground-up reimagining of how people share stories together. By prioritizing player expression and a seamless blend of physical and digital play, we’ve created a high-fidelity experience designed to remove the friction of traditional systems. This is a platform built to make the act of storytelling effortless, keeping the focus entirely on the shared experience.

Samsung partnered with us to elevate their relationship with early adopters during the launch of their emerging foldable lineup. They needed a platform to reward power users and move beyond a standard transactional experience. We designed the "Owner's Lounge," a conceptual digital space combining frictionless e-commerce with a premium content hub. The resulting high-fidelity prototype gave stakeholders a tangible North Star to redefine brand loyalty.

Arcade needed a complete product and brand overhaul to transform standard KPI tracking into a deeply immersive experience. By architecting a new UX driven by real game mechanics and leading a bold visual strategy, we built a platform that drove investor confidence, increased the Series A valuation by $3M, and opened the door to entirely new industries.

To stabilize this frontline workforce, we designed a native mobile platform merging standardized training with competitive gamification. By introducing leaderboards, tangible rewards, and real-time feedback, we transformed the hourly grind into an engaging experience. The pilot delivered immediate business value: 72% active usage, an 83% training completion rate, and a 13.5% drop in callouts, providing leadership with a proven blueprint for long-term retention.
