Customer Agent: Acts as the primary touchpoint for diners on Telegram, designed to receive orders and recommend dishes. It features a specialized tool to calculate order totals and utilizes the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to search menu prices, create customer profiles, modify order items, and directly route finalized orders to the kitchen.
Kitchen Agent: A streamlined interface designed specifically for the cooking staff. It utilizes targeted MCP tools strictly to update the real-time status of orders, ensuring an efficient workflow without unnecessary complexity.
Admin Agent: The overarching control center with full system access. It can execute all customer and kitchen commands, alongside advanced MCP capabilities to modify the menu (create or update items) and alter orders at any stage. It also features a scheduled workflow that automatically compiles database records to send an end-of-day summary report of all daily orders to the management.

AI Order Confirmation & Management System
A fully automated, end-to-end order management system built to handle customer orders instantly. Once an order is placed, an AI Agent equipped with conversational memory directly contacts the customer to confirm details, seamlessly managing the entire order lifecycle without human intervention.
Core Architecture & Capabilities:
Multi-Source Triggers: Instantly captures new orders via Webhooks or when a new row is added in Google Sheets.
Dynamic Order Modification: The AI Agent communicates with the customer to confirm the order and is intelligent enough to process requested modifications, such as changing the delivery address, adjusting item quantities, or swapping products entirely.
Integrated MCP Tools: Utilizes the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to empower the agent to read product data and dynamically update the order status directly in the spreadsheet.
Automated Timeout Cancellation: Features a dedicated workflow using a Schedule Trigger and custom JavaScript to periodically review pending orders. If a customer fails to respond within 30 minutes, the system automatically updates and cancels the order.
Customer Support Ticketing: The agent is equipped with a dedicated tool to generate customer service tickets if an order requires manual follow-up or special attention.
