Notion x Zapier x Supabase x Apple Shortcuts integration
The system enables non-technical users to define Notion template mappings in plain language, without needing to understand template IDs or formatting.
A simple web front-end captures these inputs and, via Zapier, reformats and stores them in Supabase as structured configuration data. This Supabase database acts as the source of truth and is queried by an Apple Shortcut, allowing each client’s task submissions to follow their own stored template configuration automatically.
It features automatic e-mailing with customer's configuration.
