This is a music video I edited for Chilean singer-songwriter-diva Francisca Valenzuela π€πΉβ¨
What I enjoyed the most here was experimenting with fades as an aesthetic tool. The idea was to make that section more abstract, ethereal, and the long fades added to the concept by slowing down and stylizing the image.
But itβs also full of quick cuts and flashes, adding that superstar vibe the song needed πΈβ¨
Also, this video has a little trick:
The first minute is a one-shot, all done in-camera with no cuts. So yeah, I had some help! βοΈπ

This is my last post to the #ShareYourWork challenge. Going back in time has been a ride!
Thanks to the Contra team for putting this together! π

Here's a music video I edited for the Chilean indie duo Marineros βοΈ
π₯ It was filmed in Los Angeles πΊπΈ
The director wanted a mood-based video rather than a story-driven one, full of simple but enjoyable daily-life moments, cooking like cooking, taking a walk, or going to the beach together.
I also loved that it has lots of textures and abstract shots.

I haven't shared music videos here. Would this be a kind of video I could make through Contra? π€

π SOUND ON!
Do you remember the Coca-Cola polar bears? They're a classic from my childhood, and I wanted to reimagine them for this #holidaychallenge2025 using Descript's AI tools and music made with Suno ππ»ββοΈβ¨
For the music, I leaned into a hip hop + Christmas vibe. The first idea was actually a breakdancing Rudolph, but instead of creating just that image, I decided to use it as the soundtrack for this spot.
