24/7 AI sells agent for a Hotel, located in Madrid calls Cadance. I have integrated it with Apaleo PMS (Property Managment Systems - platform that hotels use for booking, checkin/out, guest list, rooms status, etc / PMS are connected for instance with Expedia.com, Booking.com, Trivago.com, etc / these charge up to 30% of the room value). Been integrated with Twilio + ElevenLabs and using Whatsapp as channel (24/7), the hotel can reduce those commisions to go directly to the customers using whatsapp. There are cron functions that follow up the booking untill is confirmed (during the 24hr windows Whatsapp allows), otherwise there are Whatsapp templates that can be send outside the window (not yet approved). The AI agents not only check on the data from the PMS but, also checks in a knowledge base center, FAQ - with a RAG (retrieval argumentative generation) the AI agent is able to answer in natural language any question the customer could have.
On the hotel landing page same AI agent text + voice (multilingual).
