I owned the product design for a key scheduling and booking workflow within StageAct, a platform that helps venues and entertainment teams across the UK manage acts, availability, and programme planning. The challenge was to simplify a manual, fragmented process involving scheduling, assignment, and booking decisions without losing the flexibility needed for real world venue operations. The solution introduced a clearer end to end planning experience, better visibility of act availability, and more intuitive workflows for assigning and managing talent, making the process faster, more structured, and easier to scale.

I led the UX for a global Fortnite rewards campaign for Epic Games, focused on reducing drop off and making the campaign experience easier to understand across desktop and mobile. The challenge was designing for scale across 13 international markets while balancing the needs of lapsed, new, and active players within a single experience. The solution centred on simplifying entry, clarifying reward mechanics, and using progress driven interaction patterns to build momentum early, helping the campaign reach 473,000 registered users and establish a framework for future launches.

I worked on the UX for Ottolenghi’s website redesign, focused on reimagining the platform as a premium digital experience that unified recipes, editorial content, community features, and e-commerce. The core challenge was balancing brand expression with usability, especially across mobile-first recipe journeys, content discovery, and a more seamless path to purchase. The solution introduced a revised site structure, improved recipe UX, upgraded commerce functionality, and a more scalable CMS and platform setup, creating a stronger foundation for long term growth.

Cover image for As UX/UI Designer, I helped
As UX/UI Designer, I helped shape a cross platform student rewards product intended to unify discounts, campus content, events, and accommodation within a single experience. The work centred on solving a strategic product problem: how to support a broad feature set without diluting the platform’s primary value proposition. My solution prioritised a lower friction onboarding model, clearer verification pathways, and a mobile first experience built around rapid access to savings, resulting in a more focused product experience and strong initial adoption.
