I built an AI-powered insurance document automation workflow that converts insurance PDFs into structured, usable data automatically.
The workflow uses n8n to monitor Google Drive for new PDF files, extract the document text, and use Google Gemini AI to identify important insurance details such as policy number, customer information, vehicle details, policy type, dates, RTO, premiums and other relevant fields. The extracted data is then processed into structured JSON and automatically added to Google Sheets for easy tracking and management.
This automation reduces manual data entry, improves consistency, and helps businesses process large volumes of insurance documents faster and more efficiently.
