And finding the right academic resources often feels like a search mission.
That is why i built EduConnect for the Figma Config Makeathon
A modern education super app designed to bring the entire student experience into one connected ecosystem.
EduConnect is built for Nigerian students across Secondary Schools, Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education , giving every student a smarter way to learn, connect, and grow.
A Social Network Built for Students
EduConnect comes with an education focused social feed where students can stay updated with:

• Education news
• Examination updates
• Scholarships
• Learning opportunities
Think of it as a digital campus where every student has a voice.

Every student gets an experience built around them.
During onboarding, students select their education level, institution, class level, and interests.
This allows EduConnect to deliver relevant updates instead of overwhelming users with information they don't need.
A secondary school student gets SSCE focused resources.
A university student gets institution-specific updates.

For higher institution students, EduConnect transforms the way classmates collaborate.
Students can create or join Lecture Rooms , private academic spaces for their classes.
A course representative can create a room, add courses, invite classmates, and organize their entire academic workflow.
Inside each course space, students can:
