Specd AI is a B2B SaaS platform that helps non-technical founders generate architecture blueprints for AI builders. I executed a "Cold Redesign" of their landing page with a strict focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user acquisition.
The Strategy
The goal was to eliminate friction and communicate the product's value instantly, without requiring the user to scroll.
Immediate Value Demonstration: I integrated a realistic product mockup (the prompt-to-code interface) directly into the hero section. This allows founders to visually grasp the core functionality immediately.
Visual Hierarchy & Contrast: The dark-mode layout utilizes a subtle background grid to push the interface to the forefront. I applied aggressive color contrast to the primary CTA ("Get Started for Free") to guide the user's eye directly to the conversion point.
Trust Signals: Strategic placement of integrations ("Works with: Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, ChatGPT") right below the fold to build immediate authority.
