For 18 Months, a Milan-based software company, I redesigned the UX/UI of 18 Tickets, rethinking the journey from movie selection to payment and integrating food and drink purchases.
Particular attention was paid to accessibility, with a dedicated mode that makes the kiosk easier to use for people with reduced mobility.
