I built Rahat Go for a friend's bakery in Da Nang, Vietnam. Orders used to come in through chats and stock was tracked on paper. It's a web app with a Go backend; customers open it inside Telegram, where they already talk to the bakery, so there's nothing to install.
- Customers browse the real menu, order for pickup or delivery, pay by QR and get status updates as Telegram messages.
- Staff run the order pipeline, a POS for walk-in sales, dine-in tables and daily stock.
- The owner sees revenue, best sellers, and the cost, profit and margin of every dish, with a price playground to test new prices. One Go binary serves the bot, the REST API and the Mini App. The bakery's staff used it daily for 3+ months. Try the interactive demo on my site.
