Vello is a modern client portal and workflow platform designed around operational clarity, guided onboarding, and responsive user experience systems.
The project focused on creating a clean and approachable interface for managing client communication, project visibility, onboarding flows, task management, and operational workflows within a unified platform experience.
A major part of the work involved simplifying complex interactions into clear, intuitive user flows while maintaining a premium and trustworthy visual identity. The interface system was designed to balance usability, hierarchy, responsiveness, and scalability across both desktop and mobile environments.
The project also explored modern onboarding patterns, guided workflows, reusable UI systems, and operational transparency between clients and internal teams.

The project was designed around creating a modern operational platform that combines health metrics, activity tracking, coaching insights, scheduling, and user engagement within a clear and scalable interface system.
A major focus of the work was balancing high-density information with usability and visual clarity. The interface was designed to feel energetic and modern while still maintaining strong hierarchy, readable data presentation, and consistent workflow structure across desktop and mobile layouts.

A major focus of the work was systems thinking — designing reusable UI structures, consistent component behaviour, responsive layouts, and information hierarchy that could scale across desktop and mobile experiences without becoming visually overwhelming.

The project involved designing and building dashboards, reporting systems, filing workflows, transaction management, invoicing, AI-assisted guidance, and responsive desktop/mobile interfaces within a single operational ecosystem.
