Cover image for An AI chatbot for small
An AI chatbot for small business websites that answers only from the business's own pages: prices, service area, booking and policies. When the answer is not written down, it says so plainly and takes the customer's details for the owner, by email or into a Google Sheet. It is labelled as an AI assistant, goes on any site with one script tag, and runs in the client's own accounts with caps on messages and spend. Try the live demo, a made-up cleaning company: ask a price, then ask something it could not know.

Cover image for Security check for a booking
Security check for a booking app built the way Lovable and Bolt build them (React and Supabase), written for the owner, not for engineers. The app is a demo with ten planted holes that real AI-built apps ship with. A read-only check found 9 issues, 4 of them critical: anyone could read every customer's booking, the admin screen sent the secret database key to the browser, and a customer could make themselves an admin. Each finding has one plain sentence of risk, masked evidence and a copy-paste fix. After the fixes, a re-check shows all 9 fixed.

Google Sheets automation for a cleaning company (a fictional client, a real working sheet you can copy). One menu click cleans a messy booking export: dates in four formats, names in capitals or written Last, First, prices written five ways, repeated rows from overlapping exports. Rows it cannot trust go to a Problems tab instead of being guessed. A weekly report with a chart builds itself, is emailed as a PDF every Monday at 7 AM, and each overdue invoice gets a polite reminder, at most once a week. Built with Apps Script, narrow permissions, every run logged.

Particulars: a contract reader that lists every deadline, payment and duty in a contract, and opens the document at the clause each one came from, so any line can be checked in seconds. Worked-out dates show their working ("notice six months before expiry" becomes a real date), long contracts are read in parts, and scans go through OCR. Demo: particulars.stratumics.com/demo
