Healthcare Fintech Platform – Patient & Insurance Management
Worked on a US-based healthcare fintech platform that helps doctors manage patients, insurance information, eligibility, appointments, and claims. The system included Super Admin, Admin, and Doctor roles with role-based access and workflows. Super Admins could manage doctors, while doctors could create and manage their own patients and view their appointments and claims.
I also worked on a patient risk assessment dashboard that highlighted potential risk factors based on patterns such as repeated medication activity, missed appointments, and frequent doctor changes, helping doctors review patient activity and make better-informed decisions.

Enterprise POS System – Micro Frontend Architecture
Worked on an enterprise POS platform for a telecom retail company selling mobile phones and accessories. The system was built using a Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, where each business module operated independently and was integrated through a central container application.
I worked on the Register and Device Settings modules. The Register module included open/close register workflows, cash pickup and drop functionality, end-of-day reporting, and printing. It also integrated with physical cash drawers and printers, allowing the drawer to open automatically during cash operations.
The Device Settings module allowed users to configure and manage POS devices connected to their computers and make them available across other MFE modules.

Automated Shift Reminder & Management Platform
We developed a web-based automated shift management and reminder system for a physiotherapy hospital to simplify the process of coordinating doctor shifts and tracking shift confirmations.
The platform integrates Twilio with a .NET Core backend to automatically contact doctors 30 minutes before their scheduled shift.
Doctors can respond to the automated call to accept or decline their shift, while administrators can monitor the status of every shift from a centralized React dashboard.
How the system works
The workflow is designed to minimize manual communication between hospital administrators and doctors:
1. Shift is scheduled
An administrator schedules a doctor's shift through the web application.
2. Automatic reminder
30 minutes before the scheduled shift, the system automatically initiates a Twilio voice call to the assigned doctor.
3. Doctor responds
The doctor can respond to the shift reminder by:
Accepting the shift
Declining the shift
4. No response
If the doctor doesn't answer the call, the system automatically sends a follow-up message informing them about the missed shift reminder.
5. Admin monitoring
The administrator can view the current status of each shift from the dashboard, including whether the doctor:
Accepted the shift
Declined the shift
Didn't answer
Has not yet responded
This gives the hospital staff a centralized view of shift confirmations without requiring them to manually contact each doctor.
