This sample shows the systems I set up for a 2-bedroom short-term rental, from the listing itself through to the guest's first night. The first page covers the property listing and SEO: a description written to highlight searchable amenities like fast WiFi and a private workspace, clear house rules, and a first-message template that confirms the booking and sets expectations before arrival. The second page is the guest check-in guide I build for every property I manage, with self check-in instructions, WiFi details, troubleshooting tips, and a help section so guests know exactly who to contact and what to expect. Each guest gets a unique door code rather than a shared one, which keeps the property secure without needing in-person key handoffs. Together, these documents are designed to reduce guest questions, speed up check-in, and make the stay feel smooth from booking to arrival.

Created an interactive task tracking spreadsheet in Google Sheets to demonstrate practical spreadsheet management and data organization skills. The sheet includes dropdown menus for priority and task status, checkboxes to track completion, and color-coded conditional formatting to visually highlight task urgency and progress. Filters were added to allow quick sorting and viewing of tasks by priority, status, or completion state. This demo showcases the ability to build organized, user-friendly spreadsheets that improve workflow tracking and data visibility.
