What I worked on: Managed and organized the client's email inbox. Responded to routine customer and business inquiries. Entered and organized business information in spreadsheets. Managed appointments and scheduled meetings. Conducted online research and compiled useful information. Created organized reports and trackers for easier follow-up. Result My support helped the client save time, keep their information organized, stay on top of appointments and follow-ups, and focus more on their core business activities. Tools Used: Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and online research tools.
