I have been a Registered Medical Assistant for 8 years. I’ve learned the clinical, clerical, administrative, and technical skills needed to be at a senior level of experience. I have performed medical record upkeep, virtual assistance, scheduling, coordination, coding, training, technical support, telecommunications, insurance verification, accounting, prior authorizations, and more. This certification allows me to wear a number professional hats and to operate with different titles.

I also earned a few certificates for IT support. Google Coursera was a great program for sharpening my skill set and helping me transition into a more technical field! I learned a lot of terminology that flowed into my existing career path!
