I am currently working on a website redesign project as part of my master's UX Design course. As an essential part of my design process, I conducted usability testing to gather actionable feedback from users. This included preparing a test plan, identifying key tasks for participants, and observing how real users interact with wireframes and prototypes. The insights from usability testing not only revealed pain points in navigation and functionality but also highlighted areas for improvement in user flow and content clarity. These findings are being used to iterate on the design, ensuring the final product is user-centered and meets both user and stakeholder needs

Wrapping up my Anthem Nation OS UX/UI Design internship! This experience gave me hands-on exposure to scalable design systems, accessibility (WCAG 2.1/Section 508), and cross-team collaboration with AI, dev, and brand partners.
I learned how to:
Rapidly prototype MVP interfaces in Figma and Builder.io (http://Builder.io)
Reduce user task completion time by 30% through usability testing
Formalize design/developer handoff for clear, efficient workflows
Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in every product decision
It’s been incredibly rewarding to see my designs impact onboarding clarity and team processes. Excited to apply these skills to future projects and continue building intuitive, inclusive digital experiences!
