Full profile transparency eliminates the need for off-platform communication.

Full SaaS architecture with landing page, onboarding, AI generation, and payment-gated access.

I designed and built PantryPal, an AI-powered meal planning system using Airtable, Zapier, Softr, and OpenAI. The system automatically generates recipes, creates 7-day meal plans via webhook triggers, and populates both Recipe and Meal Plan pages without manual data entry. To eliminate double editing, I implemented an automation that detects ingredient updates in the Recipe table and automatically overwrites corresponding Meal Plan records, ensuring a single source of truth. I also structured a dynamic shopping list system that generates lists only for meals marked as “cooked,” improving accuracy and reducing clutter. For record-keeping, I designed a versioning system where previous meal plans are automatically moved to a Past Plans page instead of being deleted. This project demonstrates my ability to design scalable no-code architectures, manage complex automation logic, and translate evolving client requirements into structured, reliable systems.
