Reference letter from Leighton Taylor, CEO, at Envision, an ecommerce website agency. At Envision, a web development agency, I worked as a contractor to build their thought leadership and content marketing strategy. This included launching their email newsletter, designing their social media content strategy, starting their cold outreach program, and building out their CRM to support lead generation and tracking. Much of this work centered on the CEO's voice and positioning. I spent time understanding but the strategy behind his vision, then translated that into content (in his voice) across LinkedIn, newsletters, and other channels. The goal was to increase the agency's visibility/credibility in a crowded market.
