I helped manage a YouTube channel called Oceanz Bounty with a friend of mine. I started working with her in 2021 and was able to boost her channel to ove 30k subs and help her move to TikTok and Instagram and helped her get to over 700 followers and 100 followers respectively.

I worked with the Bermuda security group for 4 years as an Assistant Manager. I worked alongside 2 other Assistant Managers and the Head Manager, training and leading over 30 employees at Skyport (airport) in Bermuda
• Management and evaluation of team members
• Delivery of coaching and training sessions
• Planning and initiating effective delegation of human resources
• Monitoring operations-physically and electronically- to ensure smooth operations in accordance with regulations and procedures and execute appropriate corrective action immediately as required.
• Execution of your duties in accordance with all standard operating procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with Company, international, and national security service standards.
• Assist with the development of security training programme(s).
• Conduct training needs analysis and take corrective actions/instructions.
• Maintaining good relationships with both internal and external customers
