This project visualizes a stunning semi-outdoor leisure area designed for relaxation and social gatherings. The goal was to create a private tropical oasis that blends rustic textures with modern lines.

This project involved the architectural conceptualization and 3D visualization of a high-end coastal farmhouse (sitio) in Ceará, Brazil. The goal was to create a sanctuary that celebrates the tropical climate through an "open-living" concept.
The design features a grand veranda that serves as the heart of the home, integrating the gourmet kitchen with the outdoor leisure area. I prioritized the use of regional materials, such as exposed brick and clay tiles, contrasting them with modern structural lines and high-end finishes.
