Prince George’s County Website Modernization
I supported the modernization and launch of Prince George’s County’s public-facing website, connecting the needs of county stakeholders with the work of a third-party development team. I gathered and translated requirements, reviewed designs and technical approaches, tracked development work in Jira, and helped validate updates before release. I also contributed hands-on CMS and front-end work and helped staff use the website.
The work drew on my experience with Drupal, content management, accessibility, quality assurance, and cross-agency coordination.
