Automated Zoom Webinar Registrant Email & SMS Nurture (integrated with ActiveCampaign)
My client was manually importing Zoom Webinar registrants into ActiveCampaign lists, and then importing AGAIN after the event to track attendees. And they run ton of webinars each month.
They wanted to reliably send pre-event nurture sequences to drive attendance and make sure they were sending the right post-event comms to the right audiences (eg. different messaging to attendees than no-shows and depending on their job title).
Using Zapier, I created a custom object in ActiveCampaign that logs the webinar registrant info, whether or not they actually attended and for how long they stayed on the webinar.
This data automatically triggers the specific email/SMS nurture sequences without having to touch anything š

Have a long-term client that runs a mental health counseling practice in Austin š¤ .
Recently they got blind-sided with a new healthcare compliance mandate, that required them to send all of their new clients a personalized document explaining the potential fees they could expect.
š„ Their client care team was getting bogged down b/c they had to personalize each of these docs with the client's info AND the assigned therapist's specific fee structure... and they have over 50 and growing.
š§ I built a workflow automation in Keragon that calculates the fees based on the assigned therapist in ActiveCampaign, and with the click of a button, the PDF is generated, stored in their secure drive, and sent to the client via email.

Automated Lead & Sales Attribution Reporting (ActiveCampaign + Make.com + Google Sheets)
I've been getting more familiar with Make.com, and although you need a bit more technical chops compared to Zapier.. it's just as robust and much more cost-effective for certain use cases.
š„ Client Challenge:
They were spending hours each week manually putting together lead and sales reports by exporting data out of ActiveCampaign.. and most of the time the numbers didn't line up.
š§ Automated Solution:
Used Make.com (https://Make.com) to catch webhooks when specific actions were logged in ActiveCampaign (eg. new lead created, new sale converted). Used routing to send this data to different Google Sheet reports and store contact & attribution data.
š Now the client just has to review their reports that are updated in real-time.

Currently building a Content Manager "AI Teammate" using Zapier Agents for a client in the education space.
Pretty impressed with the results so far, and learned that dialing in the prompts and building out a comprehensive Knowledge Source is critical.

They were creating really in-depth long-form video content (eg. webinars, workshops, lectures) but were not utilizing this amazing content on their social channels.. and they have struggled growing their engagement.
They're also a small team that doesn't have a dedicated content manager, so their social posting always tends to take a back seat to other priorities.

Built a Zapier Agent that references this long-form content, researches recent associated research in the industry, and creates LinkedIn posts with a unique perspective.
