Worked on the deal-economics model and created scenario returns for my client to show them the risk range on the proposed deal structure. The scenario spread showed a genuinely wide risk range, from "doesn't pay back the acquisition cost within 3 years" to "pays back within Year 1 and returns 4x" which reframed the client's priority for the first ownership conversation: getting real financials mattered more than negotiating the price itself.
