PreMortem is an AI release-readiness workspace for product teams. Most launch plans document what should work. PreMortem helps teams uncover what could break before a feature reaches customers. Teams frame a real business decision, separate evidence from assumptions, review AI-generated findings, run a structured pre-mortem, and convert critical risks into measurable validation plans. The journey ends with a readiness memo that makes unresolved conditions and release gates explicit. I wanted this product to exist because important product decisions are often scattered across documents, opinions, research, and meetings. Just submitted Vibe Board to the Framer Agents Hackathon 🎉 It's an interactive node-based canvas.. you connect 4 nodes (Mood, Industry, Color Palette, Typography) and it reveals your Design DNA: a persona name, color palette, font pairing, and brand personality line. The whole thing runs on real-time SVG bezier lines that draw themselves as you drag. Agents handled the complex connection state logic so I could focus on making it actually feel good to use.
