Oyla Jewelry is a single-page conceptual landing page website for a fine silver jewelry brand, shown as a 2026 campaign. It's a React and Vite project that uses the Motion animation library, and it's live on GitHub Pages at https://khaihuyennguyen.github.io/oyla-jewelry/. The page is built around two background videos that play as you scroll (a hero video and a reveal video), so scrolling controls the animation and scrolling back reverses it. It features product photos of silver pieces: a signet ring with an oval red gemstone, polished hoop earrings, a pendant necklace with a circular gemstone, a wave-shaped sterling ring and a ring with a blue gemstone. The header has an "Oyla" wordmark and category tags such as Gemstone Rings, and the footer has material tags and a "Fine jewelry campaign 2026" line. The latest version ends with a "coming soon" card, so it works as a teaser or concept page and not an online shop. It's built and deployed automatically by a GitHub Actions workflow whenever the code changes.

Built a platform that turns Los Angeles building permit data into an interactive map of accessory dwelling unit (ADU) projects. The system cleans and maps public records, tracks permit stages, and uses AI to interpret project descriptions and answer questions about leads. Database access controls protect address-level information. This project combines geospatial data engineering, AI agents, and full-stack development to help builders find relevant opportunities. Technologies: Python, GeoPandas, FastAPI, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Supabase, MapLibre, MCP.

A website concept for an architecture and interiors studio (Maison Calme is a made-up brand). The idea: visitors don't read about a house, they watch it appear. Click the floor plan and the walls rise out of the paper as a soft clay model; click again and the house lifts apart into its structure (slab, timber frame, trusses, roof), with labels. Browse three homes, drag to turn each one. My 3D engine (built on three.js) draws the plan and the house from the same data, so they always match. Hand-coded, works on phones.

The website for my own agency, Khai Agency, which builds AI systems for small businesses: an AI phone receptionist, an assistant that answers staff questions from the owner's own files, lead maps built from permit data, and chatbots. The homepage opens on a calm cream-and-navy gallery of clay-style 3D models, one per service. Visitors flip through them with arrows or the keyboard, and each model shows what that system does. Further down, visitors can call the live AI receptionist, add up the hours and missed calls they'd save, see the lead-map products I run myself, read how the setup works, and ask a question or book a call.
